"The lesson I have learned from my failures is that I don't have to succeed. I have to do the right thing under God's guidance and leave success or failure in His hands."

We have to leave fruit bearing in God's hands. When was the last time you saw an orange tree struggle or strain to make an orange. It doesn't. It happens effortlessly with exposure to water, some fertilizer here and there and sunlight. We are responsible only for abiding in His spirit and the fruit he wants us to bear will come as a natural byproduct of our abiding.

"Who then is Paul, and who is Apollos, but ministers by whom ye believed, even as the Lord gave to every man? I have planted, Apollos watered; but God gave the increase. So then neither is he that planteth any thing, neither he that watereth; but God that giveth the increase. Now he that planteth and he that watereth are one: and every man shall receive his own reward according to his own labour." 1 Cor 3:1-8

It takes the pressure off, doesn't it. God's always in control and that is cause for joy! Thank you Lord....
